Vision

Vision benefits cover a wide range of services including exams, eyeglasses, contact lenses and discounts for sunglasses and corrective laser eye surgery.

There are two levels of plan: Basic and Premium. Both plans use the same network of eye doctors, offer $10 eye exams, and discounts on contacts and glasses. Both plans are administered by Vision Services Plan (VSP) and benefits are greater when you use the VSP network of doctors and optometrists.

For out-of-network services and supplies, benefits are reduced and you pay the provider. You will need to submit a claim for reimbursement.
