There are two levels of plan: Basic<\/strong> and Premium<\/strong>. Both plans use the same network of eye doctors, offer $10 eye exams, and discounts on contacts and glasses. Both plans are administered by Vision Services Plan (VSP)<\/a> and benefits are greater when you use the VSP network of doctors and optometrists.<\/p>\n For out-of-network services and supplies, benefits are reduced and you pay the provider.
